The nominal fee outlined in the rate chart is collected by a third party to cover the costs associated with processing applications. Since these tasks require manpower that is not managed by EXAM360, the cost is borne by the candidate himself / herself or by Leads. 2. Evaluation by 3rd Party Leads: Our dedicated 3rd Party Leads will review your application. If any additional information is required, they may contact you for clarification. Due to the high volume of queries we receive, we will shortlist based on the specific requirements & criteria. Please note that submitting your details does not guarantee that your application will be selected by EXAM360® (INDIA). The final selection process will be determined based on the outcome of your telephonic interview rounds taken by EXAM360® (INDIA). Your performance during these calls will play a crucial role in the final decision. 3. Start The Training (Work From Home): Once your application meets the necessary criteria and requirements, the 3rd Party Leads will forward it to the HR Department for approval. After your application is reviewed by EXAM360® (INDIA) HR Department, you will proceed to the next stage with Login Credentials, which is 'Online Video Training' through the given Android App. Just Download the App & Install it in your android mobile to start your training. 

4. Q&A / Telephonic Rounds: Upon completing the online training within the specified 15-day Timeline, our EXAM360® (INDIA) HR or Management Team may reach out to you for a Q&A session via phone or video conference, depending on the requirements. Once you successfully clear this session, you will receive your login credentials and can begin your journey with EXAM360® (INDIA). Now onwards, with access to the dashboard and other platforms of EXAM360, you will be able to work promptly and efficiently using the provided tools and features. Failure to answer the questions correctly will result in disqualification. Following these steps will ensure a smooth onboarding process to the dashboard, enabling you to utilize its functionalities effectively.
